How it works

  1. Describe it in the form. I'll ask for the diagram by email if I need it.

  2. Written reply within 5 working days.

  3. If a 20-minute call would help, I'll offer one.

I'll confirm I've received it within 2 business days.

What happens next

One of three things: you have what you need; PAA would do the rest for you; or it needs a proper engagement. Sometimes the honest answer is none of them — I'll say so.

Four a month. When they're gone, the next opening is next month.
