Ariadne · Legal Intelligence
The file you work from is not the file.
A case arrives in pieces — documents, recordings, correspondence, forwarded one at a time by whoever happened to receive them. What reaches you is a subset somebody else selected. Nobody holds the whole record in one place.
Ariadne assembles it, sources every fact to a page, and finds what contradicts what.
Why the file is never the file
The record is scattered
Documents, recordings, letters and messages arrive through different channels at different times. No single place holds all of it, and no index tells you what is missing.
Someone else chose what you see
Much of a case reaches you because a client or a third party forwarded it. What they judged worth sending is what you ever see. The selection was made before you got there.
Nobody can read all of it
Past a certain volume, reading the complete file stops being possible. So contradictions inside your own case go unfound — not through carelessness, but through arithmetic.
What Ariadne does
One assembled record
Documents, transcripts and correspondence become a single linked record of the case rather than a folder of files.
Every fact carries its source
Each fact records the document it came from and the page it appears on. A claim with no source is marked as one everywhere it appears.
Contradictions surfaced as you go
Each new fact is checked against everything already known in the case, so conflicts surface when they enter rather than in a sweep that never happens.
Answers you can follow back
Ask a question about the case and the answer arrives with citations that resolve to a document and a page.
Drafting from sourced arguments
Filings are drafted from material already in the record, with an adversarial pass that names how the other side will attack each argument.
Where your cases live, and who can reach them
No jargon. Each of these is something the system does, not something we promise.
Your work stays in Europe
Ariadne runs entirely in Microsoft Azure’s European regions — the application in West Europe, the AI processing in North Europe. Your case material does not leave the EU.
Every case has its own lock
Case titles, documents, notes and conversations are encrypted with a key belonging to that case alone, held in Azure Key Vault. The key that opens one case opens nothing else.
We cannot browse your cases
Our own administration tools are built so they cannot display case content at all. An automated check fails our build if anyone connects the two. It is a wall, not a policy.
The log records what happened, never what was said
Ariadne keeps a complete record of who did what and when. It stores identifiers only — attempting to write case content into the log raises an error.
One firm cannot discover another
A request for a case belonging to a different firm returns “not found” rather than “not allowed”, because the second answer would confirm the case exists.
No shared passwords between our systems
Ariadne’s components authenticate to each other as themselves, using managed identities. There are no API keys or shared secrets to leak.
Your cases do not train the AI
The AI runs inside our own Azure tenant. Your material is used to answer your questions and for nothing else.
EU AI Act, Article 14
You stay in charge
Ariadne was built for the EU AI Act from the start. That is not a compliance footnote — it is the constraint that shapes how the product behaves.
Nothing enters your case without your decision
Every fact, contradiction and legal reference arrives as a proposal and becomes part of the case only when you accept it. There are no exceptions — including for notes you wrote yourself. One gate with no exceptions is easier to rely on than one with an exception to remember.
The assistant proposes; it cannot write
Ariadne can read the case, suggest and draft. It has no ability to change your case on its own. The write is always a separate action you take.
Unsourced claims are marked as unsourced
A statement you assert from outside the file carries no document, is flagged wherever it appears, and cannot be used as a source when Ariadne drafts.

Design partners
Ariadne is early, and being proven on real matters now. We are working with a small number of firms who want a say in what it becomes.
What you get
- A direct line to the people building it
- Your cases shaping what gets built next
- Early access as capabilities land
What we ask
- Real matters, not test data
- Structured feedback, honestly given
- Patience with a product still being built
We have not set a price. Design partners help establish what this is worth before it carries one.

Where is my data stored?
Entirely within Microsoft Azure’s European regions — the application in West Europe and the AI processing in North Europe. Your case material does not leave the EU.
Can your staff read my cases?
No. Our administration tools are built so they cannot display case content, and an automated check fails our build if anyone connects the two. Each case is also encrypted with its own key.
Do you use my cases to train AI models?
No. The AI runs inside our own Azure tenant, and your material is used to answer your questions and for nothing else.
What happens to my data if I stop using Ariadne?
Self-service export and deletion are not built yet, and we would rather say so than imply a button that does not exist. Exit terms are agreed in writing with each design partner before they start, and we carry them out. Building this properly is on the roadmap.
Does the AI make decisions about my case?
No. Everything it produces is a proposal until you accept it, without exception — including for notes you wrote yourself. It can read, suggest and draft; it cannot change your case on its own.
What does being a design partner involve?
Working with real matters, giving structured feedback, and having a direct line to the people building the product. We have not set a price; design partners help establish what it is worth.
